"Camp Wanna Tat" Tatters' Shirts

I was asked to make these for a large tatting get together. Originally, only the back was going to printed and the fronts were going to be embroidered, but I was later asked to also throw together a design for the front.

The designs were created in Illustrator.

Shuttle Brothers

I was asked to produce these customized shirts for a pair of brothers who travel the country teaching tatting. The 'S' and 'B' shirts are for a skit that they perform for the tatters occasionally and the object in the middle of the back design is a tatting shuttle based on the extremely unusual shape of the shuttles carved by one of the brothers.

The designs were created in Illustrator.

Basics of Vecter Drawing Booklet

I was asked to put together a small primer on working with vector graphics to help tatters learn how to draw diagrams of their tatting patterns. The result was a 9 page booklet covering the basics in a mostly software independant manner with the goal of making vector graphics understandable to novices. From the feedback I've received, it appears to have been a success.

The booklet was created using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. All the illustrations were drawn from scratch.

Seattle Jazz Festival

RB Logo

A simple logo that I did for myself in both full-color and one-color versions.

VGM 1.0 Server Logo

This logo was designed for a customized computer server case. The guys building the server were overhauling an older case for the project and wanted a nice logo to match the new paint scheme they had come up with. The logo had to include the name of the server and be simple enough for the guys to mask onto the case by hand.

Zombie Makeup

2007-2009. This is just one of my hobbies. I enjoy coming up with ways to improve the skin effects and seeing how realistic I can get it.
